NiTi Perio Saw flexi is a micro-serrated nickel-titanium ligament saw for clear, tissue-preserving tooth extraction in veterinary dentistry.

Cut the periodontal ligament instead of tearing it. The super-elastic NiTi tip bends up to 180° and springs back straight, so it follows the curvature of the root along the socket.

• Prevents slipping and gives precise directional entry into the ligament space.
• Atraumatic, tissue-preserving PDL cutting that saves the surrounding bone.
• Hand instrument, no motor: cut with controlled movement and full tactile control.
• Materials: tip in nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy (ASTM F2063), handle in stainless steel SUS304 (ASTM A276).
• Handle 100 mm; working tip 36 mm (Straight, Curved) or 42 mm (Angled, Flat angled); tip width 2 mm or 3 mm.
• Reusable, supplied non-sterile. Autoclave wrapped at 134 °C for 15 minutes, dry 20 minutes.

Straight: anterior teeth

Curved: canine or premolar

Angled: mesial and distal

Flat angled: interproximal

How to use: inspect the instrument, pack it in a sterilisation pouch and autoclave it, position the tip at the tooth, then push and draw back gently to cut the periodontal ligament around the root. Do not twist the instrument, do not use it on an ankylosed tooth, and do not use it to elevate the root.

Made to medical-device standards. In the Republic of Korea, the same instrument is a notified Class 1 medical device used in dental extraction (MFDS notification no. 21-813). In the EU, this shop offers it for veterinary use only.

Choose your tip: Straight, Curved, Angled or Flat angled, each with a 2 mm or 3 mm tip. The 4-piece set is also available.
