Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on nitibrush.eu with HANS KOREA CO., LTD. ("we"). Our offer is addressed exclusively to veterinarians, veterinary clinics and veterinary hospitals ("Customer") buying for their professional activity, in the European Union, the United States and other markets shown at checkout. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that it is such a professional buyer. We may ask for proof (for example clinic name, veterinary licence or VAT/tax number) and may refuse or cancel orders that do not meet this condition. Rules that protect consumers do not apply.

2. Intended use

The NiTi Perio Saw is intended for veterinary use only. It must not be used on humans. The Customer uses the product in accordance with the instructions for use and under its own professional responsibility.

3. Contract

Product pages are an invitation to order. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices exclude import VAT, customs duties, sales tax and other local taxes or fees of the destination country. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

We ship from the Republic of Korea. Delivery times shown are estimates. Import formalities, duties and taxes in the destination country are the Customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Risk passes to the Customer on handover to the carrier.

6. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

7. Inspection and defects

The Customer inspects the goods on receipt and notifies visible defects or transport damage within 7 days, and hidden defects within 7 days of discovery, by email with photos. For justified complaints we will, at our choice, replace the goods or refund the price.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, and as required by mandatory product-liability law. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage and to the order value.

9. Export and import rules

The Customer is responsible for complying with the import and professional-use rules of its country.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Venue is the court competent for our registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Language

If translations differ, the English version prevails.
