Refund policy

All sales are to professional buyers (veterinarians and veterinary clinics). There is no statutory consumer right of withdrawal.

• Defective or wrong goods: tell us within 7 days of receipt at info@nitibrush.com with your order number and photos. We replace the item or refund it, and bear the return shipping.
• Unused goods: as a courtesy we may accept unused items in their original, unopened packaging if you contact us within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is paid by the Customer. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the goods.
• Used or sterilised instruments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
